Our bodies are so important yet a lot of people gripe and complain about something so amzaing.<br /><br />Your post reminds me of a girls' lacrosse team I recently saw. They were about 10 years old and were training for a game. They seemed confident and happy. I hoped that their involvement in sports would improve the way they viewed themselves.
